Os contamos un poco m\u00e1s\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Vamos a hablar del men\u00fa que han disfrutado los afortunados\/as comensales. pil-pil con demi-glace de ternera, pur\u00e9 de boniato, aire de ajo y crujiente de piment\u00f3n.\u2002(Pescado, l\u00e1cteos, gluten, soja, apio, sulfitos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POSTRE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Torrija de pan brioche, ganache de chocolate blanco y crema de maracuy\u00e1 con crujiente de caramelo.\u2002(Gluten, huevo, l\u00e1cteos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Horas antes de que abramos el comedor pedag\u00f3gico, es importante alimentarse bien, en este caso dejamos que la alumna entre el equipo de cocina y de sala para dar un repaso al men\u00fa, posibles personas al\u00e9rgicas, elaboraci\u00f3n de los platos, maridaje\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
