Grado Medio en Cocina y Gastronom\u00eda en los m\u00f3dulos profesionales de Preelaboraci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n de alimentos coordinado con el de t\u00e9cnicas culinarias, con el profesor Valerio Pe\u00f1a Mill\u00e1n, realizan diversas elaboraciones a base de huevos: Huevos a la Flamenca, Huevos Cocotte Loraine, Huevos duros Chimay, Huevos duros Elena, Huevos Revueltos Archiduquesa, Tortilla de patatas, Huevos mollets con salsa Mornay de espinacas y tostas de crema de aguacate y huevo escalfado napados con salsa holandesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">A
